Lovenut Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Lovenut! We take immense pride in crafting our artisanal chocolates, and we are just as committed to ensuring they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

* All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
* You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Within India

We ship to most pin codes across India. Our shipping options and estimated delivery times are as follows:

* Standard Shipping:

5-8 business days.

* Express Shipping (Recommended for Chocolates):

1-3 business days.

3. Your Responsibility for Receiving the Order
* Be Available for Delivery: Please choose a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package upon delivery. An office address is often a great option.
* Track Your Order: Use the provided tracking number to monitor your package’s journey and anticipate its arrival.
* Do Not Leave Packages Outside: We cannot be held responsible for the quality of chocolates that are left outside in the sun, on a porch, or in a mailbox for an extended period after delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to our courier partner’s website. You can use this to track your order’s status.

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

* Please ensure you provide the complete and correct shipping address, including the pin code and a contact number.
* Lovenut is not responsible for shipping delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address.
* If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at an additional shipping charge.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges.

However, if your order arrives in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition (e.g., crushed, not heat-related), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
